Ms. Nombulelo Precious Silinda founds Pre-Buliza as a 100% Black woman-owned business development consultancy, dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in Mpumalanga.

Formally Registered

The business is registered as Pre-Buliza Trading (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2015/172813/07), formalising years of established consulting work.
